As a high schooler she was able to throw six perfect games and 13 no-hitters. The next place she went to was the University of Arizona. She was a three-time All-American and was also the First Baseman. The Honda Award, given to the top players in softball in 2001, came after the Wildcats won the title of national champions and then in 2002 was clinched by her. Wounded Warriors (WWAST's) goal is raise awareness about the resilience and sacrifices of our troops through softball exhibitions.
